Launch of the Official Mustang Club Lebanon!

A.N.Boukather launched the official Ford Mustang Club Lebanon in the upcoming Ford Flagship on Jal El Dib Sea Side Road.

More than 120 Ford Mustang cars invaded the road from Dbayeh to the event’s venue creating a parade that can’t pass unnoticed!

With more than 300 attendees, from owners, VIP guests, Media and Ford Mustang fans, the 55 years of the undeniable Pony Legacy was celebrated with a wide collection of classic, modern and tuned up Mustang cars that people voted for.

With the support of A.N.Boukather, the club president Nabil Moustafa announced its regulations, plans and events, further to the warm welcome of A.N.Boukather’s CEO Anthony Boukather who confirmed the company’s strong support of the official Club with Large After Sales incentives and support  , reinforced by the presence and promising words of Ford Middle East Regional Manager Bilal Jabak.

Within a unique atmosphere, surprises, dances, music, F&B and the signature roars of hundreds of Mustang beauties, the Mustang nation proved to be the benchmark of automotive clubs in Lebanon.

All Mustang owners are invited to register, follow the Instagram and Facebook Accounts of the Official Mustang Club and join the club while enjoying their own groups and current divisions.

Year after year, A.N.Boukather continues to grow closer to the Lebanese community creating unforgettable experiences with their clients. With it being the official distributor of Ford in Lebanon, the brand is definitely set to achieve what it speaks; and that is to “Go Further”.

Tuning World Bodensee 2019

The right car style and the right drive were what mattered most at the 17th Tuning World Bodensee. 82,300 car fans were drawn to the fairgrounds in Friedrichshafen. With three new areas, a new date and a new schedule, the international trade fair event really put the pedal to the metal once again.

The optimizations and changes to this year’s Tuning World Bodensee concept were well received and reflect current trends in the scene. This attracts a young and trend-conscious audience from the large area around the border triangle and continues to make Tuning World Bodensee the largest pure tuning event in Europe.

1,300 cars – more than ever before – and 197 exhibitors showed all the popular and trendy innovations in the field of care refinement. The Style Mile, where the tuning trends were shown, the Polo Dome and the eSports Circuit celebrated their premiere. Also extremely popular were the drift shows, the European Tuning
Showdown (ETS) and the crowning of Miss Tuning 2019.

Carbon, gold leaf, airbrushing or LEDs – everything that makes cars more beautiful and special was shown for three days. Tuning World Bodensee celebrates cars in all their facets and all the tuning artists who meet here, exchange ideas and get inspired.

1,300 cars, 156 club stands, 156 participants in the Style Mile, 120 polos, 48 ETS participants and 12 candidates for Miss Tuning is what characterized – the 17th edition of Tuning World Bodensee

Tuning World Bodensee will continue to be successful and will be marked for the future in the calendars of the tuning fan community.

The American University of Science and Technology Automotive Day 2019

On March 14th, it was not a normal day for the students of the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut. The AUST University campus was transformed into an exhibition of sports cars and racing cars building up the usual excitement of this annual exhibition, which was characterized this year by the presence of the motorsport world stars.

Despite the rainy weather, the students flocked to the university campus at first engine start. Fans of cars and motorcycles were intrigued to enjoy the roaring motor symphonies of the best motorsport vehicles on display at AUST that day.

The day started with the presence of one of the youngest drivers in Lebanon, Alex Feghali Son of Lebanon Rally Champion for 14 consecutive years Roger Feghali, Alex engaged with the students and had a nice Q&A session about the difference between Rally cars and ordinary cars and how are these equipped for speeding on closed roads and are fully loaded with safety features to protect the driver and the passenger. Alex displayed his own Speed test and Rally Cars and shared his experience with the students.

Oliver Kick, the Middle East Drift champion, was also present alongside his car and gave the students an opportunity to meet him, share his news and a chance to take some photos with the champ and his car. Oliver also shared his public safety message and informed the student about his special drifting school with the intention of removing drifting from public roads and taking it to the safe closed areas.

The event was also attended by drivers: Richard Ibrahim and the oldest driver in 4×4 Rallying in Lebanon Rashid Nehnehi alongside their vehicles, covering by that all aspects of motorsport activities and educating students about road safety and speeding no matter what type of vehicles you drive or whatever your motorsport passion is.

Lebanon Motorcross academy, led by Joe Salloty the RC Cup racing and motocross champion along with Rafic Eid Lebanon’s motocross champion for several years, were also present on campus to bring excitement and information to the sport of two-wheel motors.

And of course, as the usual annual ritual, Students brought their cars onsite attending the competition of the loudest car on campus and also the most beautiful car on Campus. The students filled the AUST campus with amazing classic, Super and tuned cars creating an unprecedented atmosphere.

The awareness activities don’t stop at safety messages and cars display, Giti tires decided to join the event this year and create the pit stop competition by Giti where students competed for the fastest tire change competition while being educated by Giti Experts on the safety of tires and the importance of having the right tires on your vehicle. In an attempt to break the routine, Automotive influencer and mechanic Rana Hayek joined the competition to incite girls to participate and win with Giti.

Giti Stand also witnessed the presence of International guest from Giti Mother company in China and USA that got the change to interact with the students and engage with them on the importance of having safe tires installed on their vehicles.

Finally, Strive Middle East the leading automotive and lifestyle digital platform wanted to spread a new kind of message, thus created a PlayStation racing game with an aim to show that driving on circuits is more fun that driving on public roads and with the rise of electric motors in Lebanon, Strive Middle East decided to offer 5 winners the chance to go-Kart in the first indoor karting arena using electric Go-Kart vehicles.

Tokyo Auto Salon 2019 Craziest Cars

TOKYO AUTO SALON 2019 is one of the largest annual custom cars and car-related products show held on 11, 12 and 13 January at Makuhari Messe Tokyo Japan.

Tokyo Auto Salon this year was a great success with more than 330,666 attendees, 906 vehicles from customized cars, Japanese Classic Cars, crazy tuned cars and customized classics from BMW, Ferrari and more.

In this year’s show, lots of great customizers were present onsite such as Kuhl bringing in some of his best work on Nissan GT-R, American Muscle Cars and most importantly Japanese Suzuki and more, in addition to the yearly releases of LibertyWalk and other tuners.

this year as well, we were able to see lots of Nissan vehicles such as the snowmobile 370 z, electric cars and more. the show was also characterized by extreme tuning for classic European cars that marked the sportscars era from the ’80s and 90’s such as Lancia, BMW, and Ferraris.

Tokyo Auto Salon is positioning itself as the place to be when it comes to extreme tuning and crazy stuff beyond imagination, the show is a trendsetter for those who love Japanese cars, Japanese culture or even Japanese tuning on European cars.

For those of you who are not familiar with Tokyo Auto Salon here’s a lesson in history: TOKYO AUTO SALON inaugurated in 1983 as “Tokyo Exciting Car Show” in a bid to establish the custom car culture”. TOKYO AUTO SALON, marked the show’s 37th anniversary, now is the annual car extravaganza covering the gamut of custom car related concerns. The show brings the best opportunity to experience an exciting mixture of the latest trends in the powerful custom car scene and colourful lively entertaining content.

Classic Cars of Essen Motor Show 2018

What Classic Cars stands for can be simply described as follows: The sun on your skin, the wind in your hair and the sound of the engine in your ears. Classics and Convertibles stand for freedom and driving fun and enjoy great popularity. At Essen Motor show 2018 Hall 3, a large special show with classic and newer models, amongst others, from Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche were on display feasting the eyes of Essen Motor Show 2018’s visitors. With a Mercedes-Benz 190 SL from 1956, the historic highlights include one of the most coveted sports cars on the vintage vehicle market. The impressive figure of 105 bhp at that time seems almost cute in comparison with today: The current state of the art is being embodied, for example, by a brand-new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with 659 bhp.

The most beautiful out of all classic cars at the Essen Motor Show 2018 is a Lancia Aurelia B 52 Coupé Vignale from 1953. A jury consisting of international vintage vehicle experts chose as the “Best of Show” in the Concours d’Elégance the completely restored vehicle which has already won several prizes.
